We take great care to ensure that we have personal knowledge of both our debt-collection law firm members and our clients, so that we can provide each with quality recommendations.
Insurance: At no cost to our clients, the NL protects the accounts you have registered and insured for collection through a NL collection law firm member for up to $3.5 million. Customer Service: Taking a personal interest in every client, collection professional and member attorney is what sets the NL apart from other “attorney referral services.” Our focus is on facilitating communication between lawyer and forwarder and on breaking down any communication barriers. We also provide information regarding written contracts and industry norms.
Compliance Program: The best interests of our clients can be protected, because the NL knows its strengths in servicing client needs, requirements and relationships.
