NCCI FIELD CONTACT service is a one run program at a particular address in the field.  This service can be used for any type of debt, commercial or consumer.  The goal of this service will be to re-establish communication between the debtor and the NLA member office.  NCCI LOSS MITIGATION services is specifically for mortgage loans and involves multiple contact attempts in the field and via call and letter campaigns.  The goal of this service is comprehensive in allowing NCCI to assist NLA members in CURING delinquent mortgage loans, a truly valued service to be provided to NLA member clients.       

NL:  What sets NCCI apart from any and all other competitors?

Other than NCCI is the nations largest and most operationally efficient Field Contact firm, NCCI is the only service that is compliant with all applicable regulatory laws involved in conducting our services. NL: Does NCCI consider itself a third party debt collector?

NCCI FIELD CONTACT services average over 80 % live person contact rates with 30% direct debtor contact rates.  NCCI LOSS MITIGATION services average over 80% live person contact rates with 50% direct debtor contact rates. 

NL:  NCCI utilizes professional field contact professionals to conduct face to face contact services, what areas of the country does NCCI cover?

NCCI coverages are nationwide in the continental US as well as Puerto Rico and Hawaii.  NCCI rarely receives a request in an area they cannot service.  NCCI has trademarked “Your Eyes and Ears in the Field”. 

NL:  Will NCCI field reps call into NLA Members’ offices at time of contacting debtor? 

 Yes.  Part of our services include having our professional field rep call into the NLA member office with the debtor on the phone, if so desired, at the time of our field visit. This is only done in an effort to re-connect the debtor to your collection staff.   There is no extra charge for such re-connect efforts.  NCCI is able to re-connect approximately 40% of the debtors we speak to directly.   

NL: When can I expect to receive service results back from NCCI?  

NCCI average turn-time for FIELD CONTACT services is 3-5 business days.  NCCI LOSS MITGATION services average a turn time of 15 business days.  NCCI corporate offices in CA handle all customer service and operational functions. 

NL: Can NLA members bill NCCI services to their clients as a service fee? 

According to servicing agreements NLA members have with their clients, NCCI fees may be able to charge as costs.  NLA members’ clients will see value in NLA members offering the opportunity too, by using NCCI FIELD CONTACT and LOSS MITIGATION services as part of their diligent collection efforts, will be setting NLA members apart from others. 

NL: How do NLA members refer services and receive results from NCCI?

NCCI offers clients a highly secure web portal to submit and receive requests. NCCI can accept singular or batch requests for all services.  NCCI web portal lists all pending and completed requests and we offer custom reporting per your request.        
 
NL: What are the general fees for NCCI services?

NCCI service fees range from $65 per request for FIELD CONTACT services to $165 for  LOSS MITIGATION services.  Fees for our new CONTACT to CURE program for LOSS MITIGATION are on a per case basis mutually agreed upon.  NCCI fees are not contingent upon a certain result.
