Jeffrey H. Zuck
President Jeffrey H. Zuck has led The National List of Attorneys since 1982. A master of conceptualization and communication, Mr. Zuck provides the capable leadership that has driven the company to unparalleled levels of distinction. |

Randy Nicola
Randy Nicola entered the attorney referral industry in 1983, shortly after completing his Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota. Randy’s expertise creating business networks for attorneys in the areas of commercial and retail collections, bankruptcy matters, insurance, subrogation, transportation claims is unparalleled. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, and a strong supporter of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. |

Leslie Herr
Leslie joined The National List of Attorneys in 2002 and has more than 10 years of service with NL. She holds an Associate of Arts in Administrative Assistant from Valley City State University along with a Paralegal degree. Leslie has more than 20 years of administrative and customer service experience and has a strong background in computer software, support and training. She draws on these skills when publishing the Annual Directory and maintaining our website. In addition, she provides customer service to our clients and attorney members. Leslie is also the Systems Administrator of our National List Appearance Counsel (NLAC) Program, which provides qualified appearance counsel to our law firms. In her free time, Leslie enjoys reading, spending time with her husband, daughter and pets. |

Kacey Rask
Kacey joined The National List of Attorneys in November of 2010. Born and raised in Whitefish, MT; she uprooted to North Dakota to attend the University of Mary on both an athletic and academic scholarship. After completing her undergraduate in Business Management, she went on to complete her Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Management. Kacey came to the National List with five years experience in management and leadership, and a combined 10 years experience in customer service and public relations. When not working Kacey enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter, family and friends. As an avid outdoorswoman she loves: down-hill skiing, fishing, boating, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. |

Ashley Lewis
Ashley joined The National List of Attorneys in February of 2013. After being raised in the small town of New Salem, ND, she uprooted to Bismarck where she attended Bismarck State College and graduated with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. Ashley came to the National List with over five years of experience in customer service, and she uses that experience to build relationships with clients and attorney members of The National List. When not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being outdoors. |

Jane Ehlis
Jane joined The National List of Attorneys as a part-time employee in September of 2010. She moved back to North Dakota in 1991 from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. She lived in several southern states for 18 years as a military wife. Jane has extensive sales experience including selling yellow page advertising for R. H. Donnelley in North Dakota for over 12 years prior to joining NL. Jane is married and has one son, one daughter, one stepson, and three stepdaughters. When not working, Jane enjoys reading her Kindle, traveling, and golfing. |

Brittany Roe
Brittany joined The National List of Attorneys as a part-time employee in September 2006. She graduated from Bismarck State College in 2011 with both a General and Legal Administrative Assistant Degrees. This is her first job and she chose her degrees from her great experience working for NL. On her days off you can find Brittany watching movies, fishing, camping, and spending time with her family and friends. |

Kaitlyn Stangeland
Kaitlyn joined The National List of Attorneys as a part-time employee in September of 2011. Being raised in the small town of Carrington, ND; she uprooted to Bismarck where she is currently a collaborative student through Bismarck State College and Minot State University. She is pursuing a career in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Kaitlyn came to The National List with over five years of experience in customer service. Kaitlyn enjoys all outdoor activities, especially spending time at the lake, hunting, fishing, boating, and quality time with her family and friends. |

Katie Stromstad
Katie joined The National List of Attorneys in December of 2010. A graduate of North Dakota State University, she holds a bachelors degree in Apparel & Textiles with a minor in Public Relations & Advertising. Katie has a strong background in customer service, with over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry. She uses these skills as she builds relationships with clients and attorney members of NL. Katie is the Director of our National List Appearance Counsel (NLAC) Program; this program provides qualified appearance counsel to our law firms. Katie enjoys being outdoors, reading, sewing and spending time with family and friends. |

Tiffany Thrasher
Tiffany joined The National List of Attorneys in April of 2013. She graduated from Dickinson State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management. Tiffany has over 7 years of customer service experience, which helps her to develop strong relationships with the clients and attorney members of NLAC. Tiffany is the Case Assignment Coordinator of our National List Appearance Counsel (NLAC) Program; this program provides qualified appearance counsel to our law firms. Tiffany enjoys reading, spending time with her family and pets, playing volleyball and spending time outside. |
