President Jeffrey H. Zuck has led The National List of Attorneys since 1982. A master of conceptualization and communication, Mr. Zuck provides the capable leadership that has driven the company to unparalleled levels of distinction.
Mr. Zuck's credentials are far reaching both within and outside of the industry. Formerly a member of the Board of Governors of the CLLA, he was also a member of the Executive Council of the CLLA's Eastern Region. He was the founder and developer of NL on Disk II, the first software application available in the collections industry to assist with the entire forwarding process. Mr. Zuck is the co-founder of an exciting and technologically innovative company, Automated Collection Control, Inc. (ACC), and its industry-leading Claims Transmission & Online Management service, www.youvegotclaims.com.

Randy Nicola entered the attorney referral industry in 1983, shortly after completing his Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota. Randy’s expertise creating business networks for attorneys in the areas of commercial and retail collections, bankruptcy matters, insurance, subrogation, transportation claims is unparalleled. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, and a strong supporter of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.
Randy is married and has two sons. He is active at his church and served on his son’s High School Advisory Board. Randy enjoys spending his free time with his family, riding his motorcycle, and boating.

Celebrating her 20th Anniversary with The National List of Attorneys, Gerry provides quality customer service and maintains strong personal relationships with our Attorney Members and Collection Professionals. Traveling and making new friends in the collection industry, Gerry has provided our membership and clients with a level of trust and commitment that is hard to find. Prior to joining The National List of Attorneys, Gerry was a Sales Service Manager at Packaging Corporation of America. She is a member of the Commercial Law List of America.
Gerry is married, has two grown sons, and dotes on her two grandsons. Often heard saying “I love my job and enjoy what I do”, she enjoys her time away from the office reading, walking, and spending time with her friends and family.

Ms. Beverly Unrath

Beverly joined The National List of Attorneys as a part time employee while a sophomore at North Dakota State University. Upon graduation, with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, she joined The National List full-time, and has more than 10 years of service. Beverly is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. To stay informed on industry developments she also attends the Debt Buyers Association and National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys conferences each year.
Beverly is married and has two young children, a son and a daughter. In her ‘spare’ time, she enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and her volunteer work with The Big Brothers/Big Sisters program and the MS Society.

Chelsey holds a degree in Business Management from Bismarck State College. Upon graduation, Chelsey joined The National List of Attorneys and has continued her career providing friendly, reliable, and prompt service to our Collection Professionals.

Chelsey particularly enjoys scrapbooking, reading, camping (in the summer months, of course), and spending time with her family and friends.

Leslie Herr

Leslie joined The National List of Attorneys over 5 years ago. She holds an Associate of Arts in Administrative Assistant from Valley City State University along with a Paralegal degree. Leslie has a strong background in computer software, support and training. She draws on these skills when publishing the monthly eNewsletter and Annual Directory, and while assisting in service and attorney recommendations.

In her free time, Leslie enjoys reading, spending time with her husband, daughter and pets.

Stephanie holds an AAS Degree in Business Management from Aakers College. Upon graduation in March, 2006, Stephanie joined The National List where she assists in the day-to-day operations.
