Kacey Rask shares her first experience as The National List's representative at the CLLA Chicago Conference

The National List was pleased to make this announcement.  The goal of the summit is to initiate voluntary standards and best practices specifically for the collection industry's process servers, by bringing together collection industry professionals involved with litigation.

The number of member attorneys from whom we annually collect information under our compliance program has exceeded 300 and is growing. If you're not yet familiar with the program, we recommend that you learn more by first checking out our blog and then our new Compliance webpage.
