Press Releases

Collection Revenue Increases Attributed to IAT Dialing Technology

IAT announces that Account Control Bureau, Inc. (ACB), has seen dramatic revenue increases in 2008 and thus far in 2009 by using IAT's CT Center Predictive Dialer and IVR Messaging.

ACB, a 10-agent collection agency in Shreveport, LA, collects mainly medical debt. Since installing CT Center at the end of 2007, the company has continued to increase collections revenue, despite the slower economy. In 2009, ACB has already exceeded last year's collections three of the last four months.
