NL Advocate™ Membership Pricing

Membership in NL Advocate—the legal marketing and business development product of The National List of Attorneys (The NL)—is an annual subscription for contingency-fee attorneys, priced by state-level jurisdiction. The annual membership rate for each jurisdiction is driven by the forecasted contingency-fee revenue of claims available to be placed through The National List® of Attorneys (The NL) in that region, per eligible firm. Jurisdictions with more claim volume or with fewer attorneys competing in that region will show higher pricing. Jurisdictions with lower claim volume or with more attorneys competing in that region will show lower pricing. The NL will identify certain jurisdictions as Sold Out to limit competition for the claims we source and support there until we increase total claim volume in the jurisdiction to support additional membership.

Walled Garden

NL Advocate is a limited access product, meaning The NL limits the number of attorneys competing for claims in any particular jurisdiction. This means The NL's marketplace for legal claims is an exclusive "walled garden" where only selected, pre-qualified law firms are eligible to receive business through the network.

Payment terms are detailed in an annual membership agreement, payable up front by check or credit card (AmEx, Visa, MC). Pricing is subject to change annually and may vary by jurisdiction.
